Existing Conditions Overview

As part of the MSBA process, an Existing Conditions Report was completed. The report includes evaluations of: Southborough building sites, existing Neary Building site, existing building and code compliance, current structural design, architectural conditions, building systems, and a security evaluation (not available to public).
